Crepes are extremely versatile and easy to make. One can fill a crepe with nearly anything, whether it is pudding or meat. To make one, simply follow this crepes recipe. You will need 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, a teaspoon of salt, and two teaspoons of vegetable oil. Blend these ingredients together and then refrigerate for one hour. Over a medium heat, prepare your skillet by brushing it with oil. Pour a quarter of your crepes batter and cook it for five minutes. Repeat this for the remaining batter. Once you have your crepes prepared, you can fill them with whatever you desire.
